Weekly Contra Dances

Contra dancing is held on Friday nights at 8:00 pm with free lessons for beginners at 7:30 pm
(unless otherwise noted)

We usually take a short break around 9:00 pm and continue dancing until 10:30 pm
so be sure to stick around for all the fun!

No partner required.

Admission Fees
Adults - $7.00
Children, students, and 65+ - $5.00
(unless otherwise noted)

All contra dances will be held at Second Presbyterian Church unless otherwise noted.

Second Presbyterian Church
3511 Belmont Blvd
Nashville, TN 37215

When dancing at Second Presbyterian Church, we dance in the Fellowship Hall

The hall is exceptional. The sound is crisp, the stage well positioned for bands/callers
and the dance floor is good, and can accommodate 100 dancers easily.
And there is air conditioning, plenty of parking and it's in a safe neighborhood.

Come experience our lovely dance hall with a terrific floor,
lots of room, wonderful ambiance, good neighborhood and plenty of parking.

Please bring a clean pair of shoes to dance in (i.e. shoes have not been used outdoors).
